X Formerly known as Twitter was purchased by Elon Musk in October 2022. The Appellant had 5 accounts on that platform and was banned from all of them, not for her free speech, but her influential reach. The former CEO, Jack Dorsey, targeted her speech, and harassed her, when she never wrote any threats or hate speech, but she did post things that were true. New X Owner, Elon Musk, stated that all prior accounts would be restored, and despite the Appellant trying, they would not restore any of her 5 accounts. The only account that she never wanted to use for anything other than social interaction, was the only account she could gain access to. In November 2023, when advertisers were leaving X, the Appellant decided to PAY for a blue check, something she could care less about and had to put on a credit card. Upon PAYING for what is listed as “access” under the Blue Check, the Appellant has not been able to access any of those “features” and the bad actors at X, have shadow banned her account and are preventing her from ever achieving monetization on the platform. It’s required that 5 million impressions in 3 months are the basis for partaking in monetization revenue. Other influencers have been receiving that easily under the terms, X staffers are not only hiding over 95% of the Appellant’s posts and their reach, but they are not allowing her to obtain subscribers that OPT on their own, to pay for things she can post that only paid subscribers can get. The people that are doing this are also, the Appellant believes trying to sabotage X, its success, and to involved themselves in election rigging, treason, and hiding the actual power of X. Elon hired a CEO, Linda Yaccarino. Many people including the Appellant believe she is working against the site and aiding in deceiving the public of her role against free speech. The Appellant wrote a complaint to X support, based on what she was seeing as a paid subscriber, and she furthered her complaint with actual proof. The Appellant has actually used different accounts to post (inside another person’s account) and shown that those posts were of her words and not shadow banned from those accounts, but all posts from her own account have a 95% shadowban on them. Single posts on X are reaching more than 1 million impressions a day, but the Appellant’s are choked no matter how many times lines they are reposted on, - this during an election year. Silencing any account, preventing their posts from being seen, and as Jack Dorsey’s former staff stated in Congressional hearings, shadow banning, “lets a post hang in midair” while noone sees the post. That was the gist of explaining shadow banning. The Bad actors employed at X, are not even giving the Appellant 500K impressions in 28 days, rather than her multimillion impressions for what she posts in a single day. Those censoring have not faced consequences for this to this point, since there is so much court corruption, and Big Tech control has not been lawfully put into consequences for violations. The Purpose of the Appellant’s lawsuit was for all that they cost her, falsified her A+ ranking in her life, to their false F- simply for her ability to speak in truth, and back it up with facts. The highest lawyers in the nation have been blackmailed, abused, sued, raided, and fired. The only people reporting truth on networks have been FIRED, I.e., Tucker Carlson. The Appellant opted NOT to go to law school, but one of her relatives was a Harvard lawyer. If the Appellant had a law degree, and a successful practice, the powers that be, would have paid an actor to state that she had done something to them, destroyed her lifelong reputation, and tried to render her penniless, get her bar card access revoked, and threaten to harm her family – all for being able to tell the truth. What X is doing now is both civil and criminal and must be stopped. With 11 months to go for a 2024 election, whatever they are doing is increasing by the day, in fact, the more the Appellant showed her censorship, the more they censored her. To outsmart this criminal way of thinking, the Appellant used other accounts to prove the reach on her account is being choked. The issue w X is that vile people THRIVE on abuse, and law violations, under the older version this is why they were hired. Normal people want to operate under the law, X Staffers think they are above the law. THEY ARE NOT Especially under Texas Laws. The Appellant is going to be forced to hand this case over to Ken Paxton for the continued harassment and censorship of the Appellant. No one should block someone from a service they pay for, and even if the Appellant is forced to file a chargeback for her recent purchase of Blue Check access, this case will have merit and consequences for unlawfully denying her access to the services that she has a right to use. X cannot continue to silence ANY voices on the platform, nor hide the actual analytics of user reach because they fear how successful the site really is. ALL PARTIES TRYING TO SINK THE PLATFORM RIGHT UNDER ELON MUSK’S NOSE need to be put in prison. The Appellant is filing this Amended complaint due to what X is doing to her as a new blue check account. She was shadow banned prior to this blue check but it became 100% clear when they denied her access to blue check features

If they had ever done their job in 2017, the internet never could be this powerful and unlawful today.

Censorship, crimes on children are allowed on these sites, but people pointing it out are abused, and violated, it's 100% backwards.

The reason they do not "fix" this problem, is that the people committing crimes on children now, do not want to stop, they do not want to face their predators, and they do not want jail for themselves.  

It's that simple 2 lines explain who is running the evil mob of child traffickers and their protectors.

The good news is that we are creating a better internet, one where the majority gets a voice, knows who the criminals are, and can awaken others.

In the 2nd round of suing Google, it was done in virtual hearings due to COVID, and the world watched Ryan Mzarik, a Google attorney perjure himself, and lie to a federal judge and state that he was not aware that I had a contract with Google, when he was the attorney on the first case and DID know this.

All of the federal judges are dismissing these cases against Big Tech, nothing to do with our lawsuits against them, but due to the corruption of the courts and protecting those involved in child trafficking and crimes on children (pedophilia) 

Many have been arrested, but rest assured this crime continues, and some will never face consequences at all.  It has been this way for 200 years or more.

HOWEVER, after being in court for 30 years with no justice, and the last decade of suing in federal court, this default is unprecedented in that, a default (failure to serve) their brief on appeal means they lost  - they "lost lost"  There is nothing they can do to fix this but commit a new crime.

And with a digital fingerprint, meaning, time stamps virtually, they do not have a legal way to rig anything.  When they have rigged docket sheets in the past in MA courts to hide their crimes, it was not done with virtual stamps.   

Changing a docket sheet how, when I have screen shot of the virtual stamp should land anyone in jail if they dared try.

The Perkins Coie lawyers are inept to say the least, but more than that, they have had judges enabling them, and covering for them, ignoring the Constitution 100%.  

When they wait until the 30th day to file their answer, that is the legal time allowed for a brief, and they fail to serve it to the other side, legally there is not any remedy.

The best thing they could have done was to at least serve it late, as I filed my request for a default the next day, and they could have at least had a chance to file something, but instead Ryan Mzarik wrote me an email trying to lie to me, to get out of their own error.  

They never can take responsibility, and that makes them make more mistakes.

I wrote in a request for a default ruling on July 1, 2021, and aside from one Perkins Coie attorney David Perez failing to serve his notice on his own filing for an appearance, I let that go only to back up now negligent they are and how they expect the court and judges to ignore all court rules for them.  But any one failing to serve a pleading loses their right to that pleading by default.

Serving a party on a virtual case means you send them an email.  It's that simple. 

You get their email address in every case, and you have to send them anything you file in court or anything you respond to.  They have to do the same and file a Certificate of Service with the court.  These instructions are listed in court rules.   

Failing to serve the other side (sending them an email) means that you cannot present whatever is in your pleading to any judge.

All of these corrupt lawyers and corrupt judges ignore the law, they aid and abet the defendants and their lawyers.  

In my case, they allowed Google to embezzle all of my channel earnings, in Breach of the contract I have with them, and ultimately due to my anti - crimes on children pedophile videos, they shut down my channel.

Even though I never had to many any concessions on default, I did.  I had sued for a lot, and actually deserve every dime, but sadly our justice system is so broken, they never pay those types of wins.  

So I made a reasonable default "offer" based on 10,000+ videos made over 10 years, their labor, time, cost, and earnings that I am due.  

I have decided to leave YouTube and Google, rather than allow them to mistreat me and embezzle from me, and what I plan to do is take the videos that are mine, and download them, and put them up on other networks where I am not targeted.

Although I was a pioneer at exposing documents by Wikileaks, and others, for the past 2 years they have been exposed by many other sources, and are easy to find, and so are the arrests.  I am not longer going to be the leader in child trafficking news simply because they continue to target and blackmail the messengers, and I am turning 62 this year, the torch has been passed to others after my lead and bravery.

I now plan to be on different parts of the internet where censorship does not exist, and I can connect with an audience of good people, and people connected to evil can exist with those like minds.

This is my last case, I hope and pray, and I expressed to the court that this needs to be upheld as a default and let me go.
